Our Team

Abbie Parker holds a degree in Public Relations and Business from the University of Florida and built her career in New York City, working in marketing, PR, and product launches across the medical, fashion, and design industries. After returning to the Florida Panhandle, she joined Niceville Design Studio as a project manager and designer, bringing a passion for functional, well-crafted spaces.

Katelyn Winthurst is a Florida native from Fort Walton Beach, a military spouse, and a mom of two. With a background in the medical field, real estate lending, and formal training in building materials and construction design, she brings hands-on experience from designing multiple homes and a renovated Airstream. She joined Niceville Design Studio in 2025 to fully pursue her passion for design.

Kristan Campbell Martin brings nearly 10 years of experience along Highway 30A, including five years in vacation rentals where she advanced to Property & Project Manager overseeing 40 homes. With a degree in Management & Supervision, she combines strong communication, project coordination, and customer care to help clients confidently bring their design vision to life.

Abigail Rowland joined Niceville Design Studio in 2023 after relocating to Florida with her husband, a U.S. Air Force servicemember. With a degree in Interior Design and Architecture, she supports projects through material ordering, rental contracts, and coordination. Her background in residential renovations and staging ensures projects run smoothly behind the scenes.
